It’s always a tricky question to answer!

Although we always keep our eyes out for the next big thing in colour, we also believe that you should choose a paint shade because you love it, not just because it’s fashionable.

Nevertheless, some colours are better suited than others when it comes to cosying up your home for autumn and winter.

So if you’ve been considering a new colour scheme for a while, take a look at these dreamy colour schemes. Perfect for autumn, winter and beyond…

~ Crocky Road ~

Crocky Road is one of our five new Earth Collection colours. It’s a soft beige shade with an earthy undertone. Paired with a bright pop of colour (we’ve used Milk Jug) it’s a classic colour scheme with a modern twist.

~ Lady Bug ~

Lady Bug is one of our deepest shades, a warm rich burgundy. Although it’s a dark colour, it’s surprisingly versatile and works in both modern and traditional homes.

~ Hobgoblin ~

Meet Hobgoblin, a dreamy shade of green. With a small dose of blue, it’s a gorgeous colour and ideal for sophisticated living rooms or cosy bedrooms, as we’ve used it here. Pair with mustard yellows (like Humpty Dumpty) for a bold yet earthy colour palette.

~ Sandy Castle ~

Think of autumnal colours and you might think of darker shades, but sometimes a light colour is better suited to the space. Here we’ve brightened up this period kitchen with Sandy Castle, one of our new Earth Collection colours.

While bright, it’s a warm cream colour inspired by sunlight on sand – sure to cheer up the coldest of days!

~ Flower Pot ~

We couldn’t leave out Flower Pot from our top autumn and winter colour palettes.

A warm rusty shade of terracotta, we’ve kept it simple here by painting the skirting boards in the same colour.

~ Rocky Horse ~

Rocky Horse is a deliciously velvety shade of brown. With complex undertones, it changes in the light to great effect. In cool winter light, it’s like a cosy hug for your room.
